Data centre exits usually arrive with a hard date attached: a lease ending, hardware going out of support, or a facility closing. That deadline makes discipline more important, not less, because the usual instinct is to skip discovery and start moving things.
We run these as a programme: complete inventory, dependency mapping from live traffic, a wave plan that respects those dependencies, rehearsed cutovers, and formal decommissioning so you actually stop paying for what you left behind.

Common questions
Does everything have to go to the cloud?
No. Some workloads move to another facility or to colocation for sound reasons — licensing, latency, or hardware that cannot be virtualised.
How much lead time do we need?
For a facility of any size, six months is comfortable and three is tight. Discovery is the part that cannot safely be compressed.
Who handles the physical work?
We coordinate it with your facility provider and manage the programme. Our own work is the planning, dependency mapping, cutover and validation.
